Accessing our services
There are a few different options for accessing services with us. We can help you find the option that best suits you. Please contact us if you have any questions.

You can self refer to Element Health and Psychology by getting in touch with us today. If you belong to a private health fund you may be eligible to access a rebate for psychology sessions. It is best to discuss this with your health fund directly as the rebate amount will vary depending on the health fund and your level of cover.

You can discuss with your GP if you are eligible for a referral for psychology sessions under The Better Access to Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) which allows you to receive a rebate for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year.

We are a registered BUPA provider under the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (ADFHSC). If you are a member of the ADF you may be eligible for off-base psychology sessions at Element Health and Psychology covered under BUPA.
